Into each life some rain must fall

As Henry Wadsworth Longfellow so eloquently said, "Into each life some rain must fall. "

This lovely lass wasn't afraid of the misty midday on the Steveston BC docks.

I wasn't the only person attracted to her big bright umbrella. I got the feeling she was a model because a photographer with a large camera and an even larger lens kept following her around. -- Margy

  2. Lovely bright umbrella, I have one that looks like a duck (used to use it when on yard duty at school), sure wish we would get some rain, the ground is already hard and a challenge to dig

  3. Love these shots, Margy. We have rain here today, too, for which I'm sure everyone is grateful, even if they grumble. There wasn't enough snow over the winter to provide sufficient groundwater. Might be an unhappy summer on the prairie.

  4. I was going to say the same thing about her umbrella colors matching the background colors. The umbrella looks to be a similar coloring as the Cirque de Soleil tents.

  5. Great shots - a little rain doesn't stop me, and I'm glad it didn't stop you or her either!
