Fogged In
On Powell Lake in Coastal BC, heavy winter rains are often followed by radiation fog. On those days, we are fogged in at our cabin. But then, it's the place we love to be so I guess that isn't so bad.
Sometimes we stick our nose out of Hole in the Wall to see what the rest of the lake is like. Because there are tugs pulling log booms and work boats running on radar, we aren't comfortable heading into the fog.
Last winter I saw my first fog bow. I never knew they existed. That's what makes living on the lake so wonderful. Nature is all around and we discover something new every day.

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately Tom is on bed rest today and for the first time you are stuck with me. I have my orders to visit as many as I can, and make sure the links are working and everyone is being good. I am sure you are all being good.
ReplyDeleteTom and I thank you for Sky-Watching this week. I am sure that as soon as Tom's heart beat settles down he will be back here and visiting.
