Living on Powell Lake
We live on Powell Lake in Coastal British Columbia.
The lake has many moods.
In the winter it is often cloudy and rainy.
In the spring, we get more sun and take advantage of it for outdoor activities like sailing on the lake.

ReplyDeleteWishing you a fun week ^_^
We love it too. It's the perfect size to enjoy and not too much to take care of. - Margy
DeleteI love reading about your life on the Lake
ReplyDeleteand have just been reading about the danger of too much snow, fortunate that you managed to
shovel it all away,
looking forward to a warm and sunny spring, we certainly are, it's so damp and dull here.
My daffodils seem to have gone back to sleep with bowed, half closed heads. Never mind I have some indoors that seem to be enjoying the warmth.
Best wishes,
Di.

My daffodils are now all mostly open. I need to go out to the float garden to see if the bumblebees are sleeping in the centers. - Margy

It is a very simple life in most cases. And the work we have to do is fun for us. - Margy
DeleteThat house reminds me me of visits to my friend's lakehouse as a kid

Wayne calls the lakehouse from his childhood "camp." That really threw me when I got there and found a two story cottage. - Margy
DeleteSuch a beautiful place to live, so peaceful xxx
ReplyDeleteI bet your barge is as well. - Margy
DeleteLovely to experience the season from there.
ReplyDeleteWe came from Los Angeles with no seasons to a place with four distinct ones. We love it. - Margy

You should. We really aren't that far away distance wise, but there is a whole different feel from the lower mainland. - Margy
DeleteHow gorgeous! Stunning views. Thank you so much for sharing.
