From our side of Hole in the Wall on Powell Lake, BC, the granite walls and tall trees block most sunsets. But this week we were across the bay at our friend John's cabin.
On our way home, we took our tin boat out into First Narrows where we could look farther up the lake.

ReplyDeleteI think the best sunset and sunrise photos are the ones of the colorful sky reflected in a tranquil body of water. And if there's a tree silhouette in there somewhere, so much the better. A mountain backdrop elevates it to perfection. So congratulations one these perfect photos! :-) "Spectacular" may be an understatement.
