Friday, after I left for Bellingham, Wayne went back to the marina to move our boat. It is now in our slip at the end of the dock. It's nice and open for approaches and departures, but Wayne learned it can be hard to dock in windy conditions when you're alone. Fortunately, a couple watching from another dock ran to his assistance. We sure live in a wonderful place! -- Margy

I was down having a look Sunday - there's a few more boats in since your snap was taken. And a steady stream of trailers using the ramp and parking in the lot below your condo. Nice to see.
ReplyDeleteEveryone will be so glad when it is all done. The floats are very nice, but the waterways in between are pretty tight even without any boats hanging over the ends. Our spot may be challenging in the wind, but at least we have space to turn around to come and go. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI think you're right, your spot looks like a good one. How wonderful they've redone the marina just in time for you. :o)
