Following the principles...It's a terrific book. Following the principles in the book I managed to lose almost 10 pounds a month for the 4 months I went vegan or vegetarian. I did eat a very small amount of animal protein but not too much over the period. I've never been able to take off pounds even though they go on very easily. I think I have to try the principles again.
