Edaleen Dairy Delight

We've passed many times heading north and south from the border on the Guide. Edaleen Dairy is on the west side of the road just north of Lynden.

On our way back to Bellingham last week we needed to find a place to stop and change drivers. We picked the dairy parking lot and this sign tempted us inside.

Wayne had a raspberry cheesecake cone and I got the caramel cashew. The single scoop cones were huge for the price of $1.65 (Canadian on par). You can bet we'll be stopping by the Edaleen Dairy again, and again, and again. -- Margy

  1. Oh, I just LOVE Edaleen Dairy! Since it's supposed to be a nice warm week, I think we'll be heading that way for an ice cream cone sometime soon!

  2. The sign would draw me in too. Very cool advertising. That's an incredibly good price for an ice cream. Anything dairy costs an arm and a leg here in Ontario!

  3. Raspberry cheesecake — and caramel cashew — you're making me drool here, Margy. What a find! Aren't you glad you went in?

  4. Sounds so yummy, I'd pick the raspberry cheesecake!

P.S. The Chandler Corridor is in the North Hollywood arts district area, it has now been developed and is close to the NoHo metro station (bus and trains)

  5. What a great slogan! Now I want ice cream.

  6. Geeze I actually read the sign and now I'm hungary for ice cream!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

  7. Caramel Cashew sounds like heaven...I think I would have chosen that as well. Next time we go south, I'll be looking for the sign. I think I've seen it...it looks familiar.

The thought of ice cream cones brings thoughts of warmer weather...xo

  8. Thanks everyone for stopping by for one of my tastiest "My World" posts. - Margy
