Double Your Pleasure
Late day clearing after a rainstorm brought a double rainbow right outside our condo window.
The higher band was less distinct and only reached part way into the sky.
The lower band created a complete arch from north to south, peaking through the trees in the riparian zone behind us. -- Margy

Beautiful, Margy. We have had more rain than usual this year in Alberta, but I've seen very few rainbows in the nearly 10 years I've been here. Thanks for sharing yours.
Beautiful rainbow pics, Margy! There's one thing about living in the great Pacific Northwest...we may get a lot of rain, but we also get a lot of rainbows! I always love the double ones!
The oddest thing...I saw a rainbow ( they are small in number here, since there is little rain)the other day and thought of you, as it was way off to the southwest.

Great pictures Margy, I love rainbows. I saw one yesterday morning as the sun was coming up...but of course no camera on hand. How is your mom?
